Over the last 10+ years my focus has been on building Product & Engineering-Led organizations, from being first Recruiter -> Head of Recruiting at a Series A to consulting for an 800+ person Series D, and a bit of everything in between.
Like many others in Talent Acquisition, I fell into the space. My early days were spent "career experimenting" - working on golf courses, DJ'ing, hosting corporate events, doing door-to-door sales, and even trying my hand at Operations. I've leveraged this vast set of experiences to create Product Hiring House, a firm specializing in product management hiring that offers well-rounded guidance and support for companies during critical times of growth.
