Today, we’re going to start thinking about three people in your world who can fill key roles on your personal team.
What is a personal team, per se? We like to think of it as a small group of people who can help you grow in your career, give you access and insights that you may not otherwise have had, and who can help hold you accountable to your goals.
We're not going to reach out to these folks today, but be thoughtful about who you're listing: we're going to ask these individuals to help pressure test your Personal Career Story and ultimately, they'll be able to help amplify your story to others.

Mark today's activity as complete once you've listed the three people you want on your team. We’ll reach out to them in the next few days, but for now, give yourself a round of applause for laying the groundwork of your Personal Career Story!
That’s great to hear! Feel free to write down as many names as you can think of for each of these three roles for now. In the next few days, we’ll start by reaching out to one person in each of these categories, so continue to think about who on your lists you think would be excited to be a part of your team.
No worries, we know this stuff can be tricky. Do your best today to think about folks who might be well suited for these three categories, but also feel free to jot down names of people who you feel are just generally supportive of you and your goals. There’s no limit to how big our teams can be, so it’s absolutely okay to start simply by building a team of folks who want to see you succeed.
